Do you like authentic, handmade pasta? If so, we'd love you to join us as we welcome David Powell from Morso into the kitchen for four nights of Italian goodness!

Following a sellout series at our sister venue, Milton Wine Shop, David is back to serve up some incredible pastas to the good people of Prahran.

David is an absolute master of authentic handpade pasta, having honed his craft during years of cooking here in Melbourne as well as annual pilgramages to Italy. His honest, seasonally-driven style of cooking resonates with those who love good food and good wine. (Seriously - his Instagram makes us salivate!)

$49pp will include multiple courses including focaccia, various antipasti, two handmade pastas, cheese and something sweet to end the night. We will be curating some special Italian wine offerings to go alongside David's menus, at an additional cost.

Join us fireside as we sit down with Charles Sparr from Alsace in France - one of our favourite ‘Alps’ producers!

The Sparr family have been making wine in Alsace since 1634. For more than three centuries, they have developed their expertise in terroir and wine making and now produce what are widely regarded as some of the best wines of the region.

They practice organic and Biodynamic winemaking, and produce unique expressions of time and place. Some of our favourite wines on the Alps shelves, and true to our overriding philosophy.
